Basic Service
Check and adjust brakes (mechanical and hydraulic)/ check, clean and lubricate drive train/ check and adjust tyre pressures and wear/ check and adjust wheels, alignment and hubs/ check and adjust headset/ full bolt check including torque to manufacturer's specifications with full diagnostic report of work undertaken and advice.

As the Basic Service but also includes replacement of gear and brake cables and housing or full hydraulic bleed and refresh.

E-Bike Service
BBD Bikes Full Service plus diagnostic check and software update (if required), drive unit casing removed, cleaned and checked, battery connections cleaned and re-greased, lock mechanism cleaned and re-greased with full report.

Tyres and Tubes
Replacement of inner tube from £15 (standard replacement components).
Replacement of tyre (running tubes) - £20 plus cost of tyre (please specify if a particular tyre is needed, otherwise they'll be replaced like for like)
Tubeless tyres cleaned and refilled (using Muc Off tyre sealant) - £20 per tyre.
Brakes
Brakes are always serviced as front and rear and include a check-up, adjustment and/ or bleed as necessary. Mechanical brake systems from £25 and hydraulic brake systems from £35.
Brake pads replaced (front and rear) from £30.
Rotors replaced - £20 plus cost of the rotor.
Gears
Gear service including full strip, clean and rebuild of drive train and re-indexing of gears from £40 (includes standard replacement cables as necessary).
Replacement of gear cables from £15.
Hubs
Front hub service (full strip down and rebuild) from £30.
Rear hub service from £40.
Both hubs from £60.
Cassettes
Full clean and service of rear cassette with diagnostic on wear and tear - £30
Replacement of rear cassette will include cost of parts and service cost.
Crankset
Crankset service including removal, visual check-up, clean and reinstall - £30.
Replacement of the crankset will also include the cost of the parts.
Bottom Bracket
Bottom bracket service including removal, visual check-up, clean and reinstall - £30.
Replacement of bottom bracket will also include the cost of the parts.
Dropper Post
Dropper post service includes removal, visual check-up, clean and reinstall - £45.
Replacement of dropper post will also include the cost of the parts.
Chains
Chain replacement - cost of new chain plus £15 fitting.
We use KMC chains unless otherwise requested.
Headset
Full service including strip, clean, regrease and refit (with diagnostic) - £30
Replacement of headset will also include cost of parts.
Cockpit
Ergonomic adjustment of cockpit - £10
Replacement of cockpit components - £10 plus the cost of parts.
Saddle
Adjustment of your saddle to ensure the best fit for you (height and angle) £10.
Replacement of saddle will include the price of the appropriate parts and full adjustment.
Lower Leg Service
Removal, inspection and service of lower legs only - £50.
Replacement of lower leg lubricants and foam rings/ fork seal kit included.
Full Fork Service
Complete service of all fork components and rebuild - £110.
Service includes replacement of all seals, o-rings, oils and lubricants .
Dropper Service
Complete strip down and rebuild of dropper post - £100
Service includes new seals, bushing replacements and new cables.
